Today we are excited to announce the formation of Anvil Ventures, LLC (โAnvilโ). Anvil is a new information security consultancy formed by industry veteran Chris Elbring. Anvil offers elite information security consulting services to solve the complicated problems facing the industry currently and in the future as the threat landscape continues to evolve.
Anvil has a wide network of highly regarded information security professionals ready to solve the technically challenging issues facing development, engineering, devops, information security and IT teams within any type of organization.
Anvil was founded on three simple principles: do technically challenging work by solving problems that most people cannot, make the world a safer place, and do it ethically. Managing Partner, Chris Elbring, has a diverse background. He has worked as the CEO and the CTO of a startup security software development firm, the President of a boutique, regional security consulting firm, an independent technology and security consultant, an interim CIO, Director of Software Development of a mobile biometrics firm. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President of Research and Delivery at IOActive, Inc., an elite leading information security consulting firm. His passion is solving problems faced by the technical teams who are building the world changing products of tomorrow.
Elbring serves as the Managing Partner of Anvil. Anvil Ventures is based in Seattle, WA.
